Season on line for a few clubs this week and a chance for some to secure top 3 finish and double chance.

Thoughts are with the family of the young man tragically killed early this morning in Cockatoo. Also thoughts are with the Gembrook under 18 player fighting for his life after same accident. Makes you feel sick...

The sand pit claims another victim i see.
Upwey 4 losses in a row... Derby when did that happen last? They were 5 goals up after 10 mins yesterday.
Olinda young guns still ripping it up - will there be a lapse?
The entire comp still as tight as a fishes you know what.

Thanks Backhoe. Well done on all the kids turning up to play after losing a close mate. Was a great effort. And well done to Upwey who i was told were more than understanding of the situation. It was unclear if the 18's game would go ahead but the kids wanted to get out there. Upwey players all made sure they shook hands before the game and wished the gembrook boys all the best and i am told they were briefed by their club to be a little more tollerent on the field. Well done Upwey.

Fantastic community spirit and the kinds of things that make you want to be involved with community football.

2005 We lost 6 in a row Rounds 12,13,14,15,16 &17.We had previously lost 4 in a row in 1985 & 1986.Well done to the Gembrook Under 18's for there efforts yesterday, not only playing in trying circumstances but after going goalless in the first half came out regrouped and clearly won the second half.

well done - I dont get this bulkers finally I think we have the best win/loss record last time i looked. we cant be held accountable for your shite tipping V8!:confused:
 
It's now great tipping, cagga. I'm hurt. :eek: Running at 100% last round!!
Every time I had tipped the Brookers or Bulkers they lost. When I tipped them to lose, they won!
They just didn;t co-operate so I'm thinking you and RHT must have spoken to them last round and asked them to 'do it for V8!' :D

OFC v Healesville - just coz
Upwey v Wandin - this one is not negotiable for Upwey
Woori v Yarra Glen - same as Mt.Ev

Monny v Warby - Appear to be the real deal. Been very lucky with injuries as well. Too strong for Warby.

Mt.Ev v Gemmy - Finally getting players back - need to show improvement - do or die here. Mt Ev to play 4 of top 5 over next 5 weeks.

OFC v Healesville - Flag fav. Keep stringing them together lads - will have to drop one or two soon and we have you in a few weeks.

Upwey v Wandin - If they lose this - stay of Upwey for a few weeks!! But they wont and in fact with their draw will come home with wet sail.

Woori v Yarra Glen - Have the Box Hill boys back - will win by LOTS.

Piesv Bombers - who cares TeeS. :D But i will go Bombers just because i love the underdog.

Yeah I heard that via a mutual friend of ours...Leo needs to understand that we all have defined roles on different days, and mine is clearly not to display the boyish good looks of Ben Cousins, or run like Juddy.

He did sledge me again in the aftermatch when he was presenting Walky with his 300th game match ball, pretty good sledge too. Had to wear that one quietly !!

I might book into Leo's and we can thrash it out.
