The word is that Ram Stadium will be up and running for Round 3; after that, it will be a week-by-week thing. Shipping containers are on the ground to be loaded.

Can't see it being for a while, there weren't any alternative change rooms there on Monday. Lots of plumbing and electrical work will need to be done before any temporary rooms are available.

If that is true how stupid would East Burwood be

This is for the temporary rooms GMac. For what it's worth the club opposed the construction of the new building, but weren't given a choice. Will be very good when completed and will become an ideal finals venue.

Templestowe will be in a lot of trouble if injuries hit, they load up on mercenaries, very high points, and look like their reserves are very poor.

Surrey have massive depth and are clearly going to rise higher through the divisions, be it this year or next.

Of the rest perhaps Mulgrave is a chance, they ran Tempy close yesterday.

Tempy look the standard but they simply have to stay fit, their reserves look a complete abomination. Pretty rare to have such a huge gap in quality between your seniors and reserves. That’s what makes me think Surrey could be set to strike.

Portables are now in place. Last game Saturday in the EB Clubrooms. The old Clubrooms have been worked on and are ready for during and post-game gatherings. A lot of effort was put in by volunteers and sponsors to get the old clubrooms ready.

After being in the Waverly Blues' new rooms, the 2027 Season can't come quickly enough. After more than a decade of EB trying to gain access to those old rooms, their perseverance has paid off. Throw in all the hard work by everyone at the club we still have club rooms. It's not going to be the Taj Mahal, but it's better than the alternative, which was nothing.

I heard something Sat night about a delay at the Templestowe / Lilydale game waiting for an ambulance.

Fella did a bad ankle / lower leg injury early in the 3rd quarter, game was delayed 30 mins or so waiting for ambulance

Delay probably helped Tempy to get back into the game as Dales were up by 8 goals at that stage
