Hey Chump, I see the biys have resumed training at Hoe park! Any big new signings that you have heard from the comforts of your home away from home?

Hey BT,

we have a couple of new faces and still chatting to a couple who are undecided, but we will see. Unfortunately we have lost a couple also - higher level footy, money, travel plans this year, retired ...... but that happens most years when you are low division club in ammo footy.

D1 delayed due to ground availability for PA as they are not on Toorak Park this year so I have been told. A draft sent before end of last year needs to be amended.

Good old Jambo! James Taylor one of the best ruckman I would've seen of all time in the Ammos and don't get me started on Howell's!
Playing with Neeld one day and he had just kicked 3rd goal and opposition blokes said he's on $100 a goal. He turned to them and said "keep up I've just made $300 then"

April 11 is the date the fixture will be released. Gives clubs plenty of time to plan. Two training sessions should suffice.

I think GE had a very good first year up in Div 1 last year and I think they can continue to improve on that.

Kew have a few players in and out this year and I think that 'could' see them come back to the pack a little. Maybe

Some quality coming up from the 19s plus a few excellent recruits should make GE competitive. As with others we have lost a couple due to retirement and a couple have gone os.

Gunny drop this incessant meaningless drivel. Everyone is well over it.

GE just might get up with Ormond and surpass them. Won't make them a better or worse club but will show effort reaps reward. In fact the rewards are already there.

Interesting to see most have Oakleigh being relegated at the end of the season. Only team to defeat PEGS last year. I know Peninsula struggled last year, but any reason they can't bounce back?

Where are Payhran and Old Xav$ playing this year with Toorak Park under renovation?

Prahran are playing at Basil St Reserve, which is behind Lucas Reserve where East Malvern play. It's behind the Monash Freeway near Darling train station, so not super close from Prahran but not too far away. Xavs are playing at their school ground when it is available and have a few games TBC still on location.

Harsh on WB, came within a kick of winning the GF.

Preston losing Lowe is big for them.

Ivanhoe losing Post and BMoore also big losses.

Agree Maxy - I think WB a big chance for finals.

We have lost a few from GF team (Viv, Drake, Carter, Godfrey) and a couple will travel throughout the year at different stages. We have picked up a few young guys (20-23) and as such not sure where we will end up. Staying in D1 would be a good start

Why have WB on the bottom? Having watched the 2022 GF, and Ivanhoes win, I suspect your suggested disparity in finishing positions in 2023 is a stretch!
