How did everyone go?So Aquinas (OYC), SMS (Ivanhoe) and Whitefriars (Lilydale) playing this weekend.
Good hit out for the SMS lads. Lost but very competitive! How did everyone go?
I’m told we lost by around 6 goals in the senior game. Though I wasn’t there so happy to be corrected by somebody who was.How did everyone go?
How did that game go ? Always interesting when you play someone in the same gradeAquinas hosting Wattle Park tomorrow in both seniors and reserves games.
6.17 vs 10.7 says it all. And as far as no close games, there was only really one blowout in SMD smashing BT, which pretty much everyone expected.Hopefully not a sign of what's to come this season, no close games to speak of.
MHSOB (going by the tips) the most disappointing team of the weekend.
Anyone got any write ups on how your team went or games you watched?
Sounds like the Friars got away with one there, even luckier considering they had one player kick 6 of the 10 goals. Can't rely on that every week.6.17 vs 10.7 says it all. And as far as no close games, there was only really one blowout in SMD smashing BT, which pretty much everyone expected.
Big suprise with Wattle Park, not many expected them to take charge coming up from Division 3. Great performance by them, clearly the Marmalade effect is paying dividends. Don't know if it said more about Wattle Park or Aquinas that game.
Watched Wicks v Brunswick.Hopefully not a sign of what's to come this season, no close games to speak of.
