I presume then the fixture will get re-issued? And does this mean it's a lop-sided draw ie some teams play each other 3 times..
Very interesting, surely they'd ask either LTU or AP to come back up

Plenty of time for skiing.
The more that I think about this the worse 14 games is. A significant lack of continuity in the season. Depending upon the draw, byes, state games & public holiday breaks, there could be multiple situations where clubs don't play on consecutive weekends.
Players drift away, don't train & then don't play. Especially if the club isn't winning. Club finances are impacted, forfeits etc. etc.
Could be a shocker for the VAFA, let alone the club's. Interesting to see how this plays out.

Is there a more poorly run competition than the VAFA? I'd genuinely love to be a fly on the wall as these muppets make decisions. I genuinely can't recall when they've made the right decision on anything involving the depths of the competition.
Given the appalling CVs of the majority working at VAFA, I can't say I'm surprised they've all failed to find employment in legitimate sporting enterprises.
This remarkable decision will almost be the death rattle for a few clubs in division 3. Well done VAFA.

Off the top of my head alone, currently they have just SIX in their second lowest grade this season, they are owed mega-bucks by their own clubs and clubs are dropping like flies with the expectation that there will be one less division by either 2020 or 2021.

Swinburne pulled out, very noble of them to leave it until a few weeks before the season starts.
As the social media manager of RCAFC, I will use every platform at my disposal to scream from the roof tops about this miscarriage of justice.
