Is the top 4 a set and forget now? Results have gone against Powerhouse of late and leave them 2 games out of the finals.

Does anyone see any change? I'd like to see the house rattle the cage of a few in the 4 but they aren't playing well enough atm to be competitive for 4 qtrs.

Top 4 appears set but who knows. I think the top 5 are all pretty even so it might come down to the draw and who plays the bottom three teams an extra game.

Late review Citz vs Canterbury
Tough conditions out at Canterbury with the wind blowing directly across the ground and from the boundary the ground look heavy across the middle. Noticed that Canterbury was without their ruckman (who is a good player) and their coach while the Citz without a few as well, namely McLeod and Rule who I regard as two of their best.
The game seesawed for the majority of the contest with Hawthorn holding the lead for the most of the day.
The tough condition saw a lot of stoppages and I feel the Citzs did really good job of closing down Canterbury's dangerous onballers.
Hawthorns backs were going well keeping #72 and #2 in check, but #6 and #16 looked dangerous when the ball went forward and #31 was excellent. Up the other end, Raiti looked like he could mark everything given the chance.
Three minutes to go and the Hawks lead by 8 points but three goals in 3 minutes by Canterbury saw them come out on top.
I have been critical of the umpires in recent weeks but this week they were excellent, didn't notice them. Well done!
Half way and my Citz would be happy the way they are travelling. Canterbury still the team to beat.
About time you guys took them seriously.

Top 4 set now, all four are very even too by the looks.
After todays result, Powerhouse won’t be rattling many cages.
What’s happened to Richmond? They must be glad to have Swinburne & La Trobe in the comp. Change of coach a failure?

Agree on the powerhouse front, quite a number of injuries to a young list. That isn't an excuse for the result on the weekend though.
 
Unfortunately, didn't get to Rathmines to watch the Citz, but the result looks like a demolition. I know they are getting players back as well as a few transfers in before the deadline.
I will be out at Kevin Bartlett this week so will report back.
