Silvan do have an Under 19s side and they won today by 178 points against Ringwood...

Dunno how I missed that.
Looking through the unders results from y/day (again) looks like a few sides might struggle in their divisions.
Hopefully the kids stick at it.

East Burwood
Forest Hill
Fairpark
Coldstream

Silvan
Surrey Park
Kilsyth
Nunawading
NC/Lilydale

Did the EFL think that north Croydon would be a decent outfit?

No, they probably thought that they would struggle, but they want 10 teams in each division. My thoughts are they will continue to take in teams in 4th Divvy and eventually feed teams from there up to higher divisions until they reach 10 teams per Division.

That's the worry, could be some byes as players depart.

You can't find out anything about transfers because the EFL Transfers page isn't working

North Croydon would initially be suited to division two YVMDFL or Outer East,

Apologies to the EFL, I presumed they put East Burwood U19's into 2nd Division under their so called grading system. The Rams U19's coach requested/wanted them in there. They beat Mitcham comfortably yesterday in their first game.

Should it make a difference whether the club wanted to be moved there or the EFL made them move there? The end result is teams playing in their right grade.

The end result? lol. What we should have is all teams fielding a team in each division. What we have is U19's playing everywhere else but with their seniors. The calamity of following what the Ammo's do has clearly been detrimental to many clubs.

At least 50% of games would be with the seniors. We do not want one sided U19 games or like last year in D1 where the battling sides forfeited when they played the strong Vermont,Doncaster, Norwood sides

What we need is Under 19s teams playing against similar teams. It makes no sense to have a 17s A grade or Premier side in 2018 essentially playing Under 19s in 2019 against a 17s D grade side from 2018. No players will develop from 200 point wins or losses. It looks like the East Burwood 19s coach has worked out what is best for the team anyway.

Amazingly the EFL have advised U19 teams not to win by so much. May have to make it like Juniors and not have scoring involved. Farcical.

No, the coach Stuart Wynd kicked 19, but that was in First Div. Some talk about that if he got to 18 he might have been moved to the backline.;)

The highlight for me looking at those results is Nunawading's win in the 2's and the improvement in the club despite their 1's loss today. The lowlight will be East Burwood will dominate this grade and personally I can see them going through the season un beaten."BUT" only early days, lol.
