Yeah you would of thought that when they combined, which is only so far a one season merge that they may have gone with Maroondah Football Club

I thought it was less a merger and more a “F*** you Mt Lilydale”?

I hear Agnew is injured Cliff? A few Rams out this weekend. Gileno to start on the bench to keep Stu's record in place :P

How so?

North needed the college more than the other way, North were really starting to struggle for numbers I have even heard that a few of their away games last season they managed to have exactly 18 players.

The funny thing is that North are in a huge area right on the Highway with Hills, Warranwood, parts of Mooroolbark and Croydon and there are so many business's to approach that the club should be fine in the future if run properly, the only thing that worries me is that the two clubs are so far apart and that there are other clubs in between them.

I really hope they survive this time.

The big question is will East Burwood kick 50 goals today.Looks a real mis match and be interesting to see what the crowd numbers will be like.

I wouldn't think so GMac. Quite a few regulars out. Still, we should kick a good score.

Gileno was out today. 8 changes from last game but a 239 point win. Middleton a standout.

Rams had their 99 Premiership Reunion yesterday and plenty of people there for that, not much of a crowd but a great day weatherwise. Good day/night all round. As far asCNMOL go, a very young team of players and full credit to them they had a crack and never gave up. The coach kept them out on the ground after the game and chatted to them afterwards. It's massive challenge to keep the players on board when you are getting pumped each week.

Do you know how they were going in the league they were in before the EFL?

And the big one next year!

If you look at it from an alternative angle, atleast the 3 teams Nunawading, Kilsyth and Croydon North have competitive games against each other. Lets face it, judging by results so far Nunawding would still be the only team getting smashed if Kilsyth didnt fall apart and they didnt allow Croydon North to enter. So it has kind of worked out well.

Also for the first time this year we saw some upsets in this division! Surrey beating Silvan and Forest Hill beating Coldstream. Really surprised about the Forest Hill win on Coldstreams big ground. That could be a costly loss for Coldy. It has all of a sudden created a gap between the top 2 and the rest with Coldstream to face Fairpark away this week coming and Silvan facing East Burwood.
