Djokovic U Star
Read the thread, it's been mentioned.
Cant believe a lovely lady like Ana Ivanovic is from such a scummy low-life country like Serbia....
Well if you had bothered to watch how he turned the fans against him, then you might understand. Tsonga takes it on the chin - Sookavic whines when he loses a point, gets coached all the time from the box and looks around arrogantly after the points he wins. He's a f*ckwit.

Tsonga showed no class tonight. I was a fan of his before this match, but complaining about time wasting. I've never seen the opposing player complain about such a thing, it's usually the umpire who is the one that mentions it.
And complaining about the way Djokovic celebrates? Tsonga jumps around pointing to himself, and you have a problem with a guy pumping his chest. Get off it mate.
Some of Djokovic's reactions to the crowd were uncalled for, though it is to be expected when a player is in the middle of a serve and you've got idiotic fans putting you off.
It's rubbish. He got up and had a sook about some French fans behind him too. It's not Serbia pal, it's Australia and it's a free country. Put up with it or f*ck off.
Are you kidding? Ever watched much tennis? And did you ever think that it was because the umpire was doing nothing that Tsonga had a word to him?Tsonga showed no class tonight. DONT ANYONE ******* SAY ANTHING BAD ABOUT DJOKOVIC... he won.. HE IS THE CHAMPION..
anyone that complains is JUST A PERSON WHO DOESNT TAKE DEFEAT
so SHUTUP PLEASE PPL... HIS BALL BOUNCING IS A PART OF HIM BEING A TOP 10 PLAYER...
THE GAME WAS CLEARLY WON BY DJOKOVIC.. HIS PRESSURE ON THE BALL WAS UNBELIEVABLE
HIS PARENTS ARE LIKE THAT... ALL PARENTS CARE ABOUT THEIR SONS AND DAUGHTERS.. THEY DEFEND THEIR SON!! LIKE ANYONE IN THE WORLD WULD DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
his brothers did nothin at all.. just cheering for his bro
what about sharapovas dad? HE IS 10 TIMES WORSE THAN NOVAKS COACH!!
please.. this guy is TOP@###
Such idiotic comments will have people thinking you are the scum. Having a go at someone because they're not from such a privillaged country such as yours is low, and shows your class, or lack of in your case.
First of all, Tsonga had a right to complain. You can't stand there and bounce the ball over and over and over again and make the other player wait. THAT shows no class. Tsonga had every right to complain. It may have been in vain, but it was more than fair.
Tsonga feeds off the crowd when he celebrates. Djokovic just stares around when he wins a point like he is king dick. Huge difference.
The last comment is rubbish. He had bounced the ball for ages, he deserved what he got.
And? Like I give two sh*ts what you think.
It's a routine, everyone has got one. Learn to live with it. No other player has gone out of their way to complain about it apart from Tsonga.
He feeds off the crowd? Every player does this mate, everyone celebrates in a different way. You would exagerate such a trivial issue unless you had a grudge against him.
Next time I got to a tennis match, when Tsonga is about to serve, I will yell out. Will he like it? You were quoted saying "its not Serbia, it's a free country", so therefore I would be able to yell abuse at him when he is serving if I like.
This shows little or no class at all, and the fact you support people hurling abuse at him while serving, it shows your class as well.

While I do not condone such crowd behaviour, when the serbian crowd was giving it to the aussies in davis cup, djokovic not only applauded that digusting behaviour but wanted more.
but Djokovic deserved to win the open, he was the better player
Ah, so cheating can be part of a routine eh? Whatever floats your boat mate.
Every players does feed off the crowd, but there are different ways of doing it. Djokovic doesn't go about it in the right way.
As for the last part, about what "class" you think I have seeing as you know so much about me from a messageboard, I'll repeat myself for you. I don't give two sh*ts what you think.
He cheated? Well why don't they take the title off him. Oh right, he won it fair and square.
I don't know anything about you, nor do I want to. Though it's obvious you have no class in terms of the actions you support on the court, such as hurling abuse at a player when serving.
Answer this, would it have been ok for a crowd member to have hurled abuse at Tsonga as he was in his serve?

Nadal takes just as long if not longer when he's about to serve, why didn't he complain about him taking so long? Oh that's right, he won that game, no need to complain...
DJOKOVIC! Great win young man! You deserved the title!![]()
Agree with you 100%. No where in my post did I say that he is the best behaved player. Infact some of the stuff he does on the court is also darn right abusive, and I can see why the crowd is against him. Though these arguments about the way he celebrates? Come on now.
Agreed, you do not put off a player when he is serving. The crowd member should have been instantly removed. Didn't this happen in a previous round, and the crowd pointed to the perpitrator, and he was removed. I think it was the Bag vs Hewitt match. Yet some of the people on here think its alright to do it, if you do not like the player.
What he does with the ball is cheating. It may not be down in the rules, but it's a form of cheating IMO. Also, his old man coaches him from the box all the time. Watch closely for it, it's there.
I am, however, rather amused by your "moral, high ground" stance about class and actions on the court. I'm sure it makes you feel good. I don't actually condone what they did, however, I can certainly see WHY it happened. For that reason I wasn't upset about it.
And no, it wouldn't be, but Tsonga doesn't give them a reason too hurl abuse.
Haven't heard of Rafael Nadal? As I said a few minutes ago, he takes just as long if not LONGER than Djokovic does from the time the last point ends to the start of the new one, why didn't he have an issue with that?Ridiculous comment. No-one takes as long as Djokovic. And for the record Tsonga complained during the first and second set when he was winning, or did you miss that part?

As far as I'm concerned, he can celebrate however he wants. He shows passion which is great. People need to understand that its high pressure sport and when you win a point, your emotions naturally take over. Tennis aint chess.
But he really needs to fix up the bouncing. He may not be doing it intentionally but its unfair to make his opponent be on his haunches for that long. 5 bounces should be more than enough.
the crowd was against him
