Do Bradburys really count?

Most of Collingwood's flags in the 20s, 30s and 40s should be Bradbury as almost all VFL clubs sent most of their players off to war, but draft dodging Magpies were so selfish and gutless they kept all of their Mummy's boys homes and thus won most of their flags against mostly teams comprised of teenagers and cooked old farts.

Yeah those white feather cowards should have the "premierships" stripped. There were a few seasons Geelong didn't even play because they were too busy fighting for the VFL to remain Australia's premier code.

Ron Barassi Jnr made it his life mission to destroy Collingwood in every chance he could get (because his father Ron B Snr lost his life in the first world war and Collingwood were notorious draft dodgers)

Anzac Day game morally should be played annually between Melbourne and either the Swans (South Melbourne) or Geelong, cause those clubs had the most players who lost the most players (heroes) serving our country during both world wars.

That's a bloody good point. I reckon we could get Robbo ranting on about it on 360 with enough encouragement. That's my mission for the next 6 months.

The only draft the Wobblers don't dodge is the AFL National Draft.

This is the exact reason why the Dreamons won 9 of their 13 flags from 1939-1959 but strangely you don’t have a problem with that 🤷‍♂️

Aren’t you the campaigner who called the diggers at Gallipoli “cowards”? :$

Whateley will be pretending to be diplomatic while having a massive (for Gerard) erection under the desk.

Weird that they're only one flag behind a powerhouse like Collingwood since 1959 eh?

So they’re leas successful than a club which has underachieved… Yeah you really got me there

Nothing to say about them winning 9 flags during and following WW2??

Not much to say about the war years, Geelong missed a few seasons because of the war effort (similarly during WW1). Unlike Collingwood. That you play the ANZAC Day game is pretty wild.

Collingwood was one of only four clubs that kept playing all the way through the First World War.

:$

That Melbourne won flags during the war years is actually remarkable given the number of Demons players that died during the war effort, including Ron Barassi Snr.

Way to denigrate all the soldiers who served and were injured 👍 or who served and were lucky enough to return in one piece. Their efforts not worthy enough for you :$

Just not enough Collingwood players leaving to stop them from being one of the 4 teams to keep playing throughout the war :$

Melbourne lost a significant number of players, especially compared to clubs like Collingwood, who incidentally never missed a seaon across either wars - for "reasons"

Geelong missed a few seasons because of the war effort (similarly during WW1)

WW1 they missed 1 season because they didn’t have enough players to field a team out of a city 1/10th the size of Melbourne

WW2 they missed 2 seasons because travel restrictions between Sleepy Hollow and Melbourne mesnt their supporters couldn’t attend games played in a Melbourne. Not their players

So not ‘similarly’

Unlike Collingwood

And Carlton. And Fitzroy. And Richmond. But don’t bother mentioning them 🤷‍♂️

Yes similarly in that they missed seasons during war time.

Why would I mention those teams when I'm denigrating your s**t truck organisation and their pissweak efforts to achieve success in the living memory of 80% of the Australian population despite (so they tell us) being the biggest club in the land :$
