Give the kid a chance. Remember how long it took Jobe to figure out where his head was? He was in and out of the team for 2 years as a very average "third-tall" forward.
Angus wouldnt be in our best no-injuries 22 at present (Davey pretty much took his spot in mine, since the start of the season) but then, Watson wasnt until last year either. There is alot to like about Monfries. If he explodes like Watson has (you could add Stanton and Winda here), and Dyson does the same... yeah, id be happy with that midfield![]()
I hope the same for Dyson, but for him its more a proposition of finding form, rather that regaining it.

I think he's missed too many games or played injured too much to be leading now.
