Did you expect the team we put out today to win, remembering we were still in the game with 2 minutes to go in the 3rd, but hey, don't let me stand in the way of a good ol toys out of the cot session.

Yes he belives that ... and doesn't get that we don't want him!
actually I don't - truth is I honestly dont know. I never pay attention to AW/SEN because they filter the calls, and i haven't been talking about this with anyone at the games this year. I know what I believe, but I have no idea what the masses are thinking.

I just know that we are not representative of the normal RFC fan. We are fanatical and live and breathe this club on an hourly basis. when I talk to many RFC fans their obsession and connection is much less, so their emotions and reactions tend to be less than ours.

Seen the way Hawthorn play this year. Spend no tickets until three quarter time and up the ante. We were done well out at half time.

Please explain how Hardwick is a good coach?
What has he done that convinces you he is elite , or as Benny says 'premiership attributes'??
Enlighten is .. cos not one bar three posters on here and Benny and Peg see it?
We are going backwards at a rate of knots and will again next year!

I think our problems are more in development and recruitment, which is why I want the changes in those areas
That being said, he's on his last chance with me - 2017 is make or break. Thats my view FWIW

I don't think anyone expected a win. But as the old Japanese proverb goes 'we learn little from victory, much more from defeat'.

And boy did we learn, we may have some decent players, we may have a decent following and support, we may be financially comfortable. We also learnt that we need a coaching/gameplan change up more than a fish needs water.

Yes you got part right! It's a collective and this coach is part of it!

Hawthorn had an average of 58.9 games more experience than us per player and were also 2y9m older than us on average per player, bit of perspective please, with a couple of exceptions you are all throwing the toys out of the cot like we have just been thrashed by Brisbane with a full strength team.

You all screamed for the kids to be played, Dimma is playing the kids but that is still not good enough in the eyes of some, what the **** did you all expect, that these kids would suddenly propel themselves into guns overnight and never have down games.

But lets not let perspective get in the way of a good ol coach bashing, most of the damage was done late in the 3rd and the last qtr when these kids that you all wanted played ran out of legs.

I'd like to know what our plans are going forward. What Dimma plans to do with the best list he's had at his disposal so far. Will we see improvement in his coaching as Gale said? Can he change things up or will he persevere with things from season's past? I get the impression he's going to persevere on the grounds he just hasn't had the cattle to implement his plan properly. Time will tell if that thinking is right but I can't help but think that the likes of Clarkson don't remain stagnant.

Decent following and support which will evaporate as quickly as it has in my lifetime twice before. But blame the supporter for that!! Not the spin and false crap they pedal!

What ? Did you not hear him call the team disgraceful, how they ripped off Tiger supporters with there efforts in the last and how he talked down the leaders game today ?
Did he mention how he and his coaching staff have been ripping off Tigers supporters?

dont disagree - we were slow to get our heads around the new rules this season, and dimma wears that

I just think those areas have a much bigger impact on our current situation
His failure to get head around rule changes announced last year show he's incompetent!
