Well I didn't get up any false hopes so Im sure many were like me. There was a lot of wishful hoping going on by many, but it was always too risky to bring a player back from an ACL without any match practice prior to a final. If he had played and broken down again many would have been screaming for the coaches/Selectors/medico's heads!
