Doing stronglifts 5x5. Went from a light weight to squatting and deading my bodyweight in 6 weeks. Good linear progression. Legs have exploded and my chest is catching up.

I always lift the toilet seat when needing to assume the appropriate stance, but I don't always put it back down.
