For one single coffee or tea, it is undeniably more efficient than electric kettle or stove. It is the superior option

Nothing like waking up on a cold morning, heating up my mug of 50:50 water/soy milk for 30 seconds in the microwave, and then adding International Roast. Just really warms the soul.

From afar I had this impression that the USA had a great coffee culture. They drink gallons of it an all the American movies and TV shows. When I went to live there I discovered that what the Americans think is good coffee is pretty much dishwater.
