Do you think it is a good idea to cut the squads to 38

I'm not really sure what I think on this, haven't given it much thought but it could be an issue so lets see what others think. Soon if the bench n.o. is increased then a huge portion of the team will be playing each week and if a team have a shocking year through injury then a team may be in trouble. This may not happen but it is a possibility.

The reason for only 38 being to make it easier to be under the salary cap is a good idea but maybe we should just raise the cap a little first until the afl decides whether the bench n.o. will be increased, then if no problems occur with that we still have plenty of players on squads and a reasonable salary cap, i believe it is too low now.

It doesn't matter if it's a good idea or not, the point is that's the rules, you have a team of 18 & 4 on the bench, that still leaves 16 in reserve, what's your problem. If you haven't got a big enough depth to cover that then your team has a big problem.

How many kids should a club have on their list in the hope of finding a champion... next year there will probably only be room for 6 to 10 on each list... not counting the rookie list... this is not enough... once we had a list of over 50 and an under nineteen team... and our clubs were far more responsible for developing players...

If the list are continually cut soon no kids will get an opportunity to play league football... slowly the league is killing our game...

If Timmy watson was 15 now could he sue the AFL over restraint of trade... does anyone know???

I personally think the AFL commission want to be like American Baseball... if it is American it must be good mentality at work...
