Big Footy was great when I was modding, really really great.

I mean there were some good mods too .....Lach where are you? There he is .....stand up Lach ...oh sorry you are standing up ....you did a really, really great job.

Place other mods like Quinz, no don't boo, Quinz and those other West Coast supporters, some really fine, fine posters there and on both sides.

Yet you see I wont get the mod position, because the establishment won't allow it, clearly I'm the greatest and most modest mod that has ever been.

Yep - I have to agree. The standard of the humour was/is quite good but it seemed very insular and definitely a narrative that had to be adhered to or your posts would be deleted. It reminds me a little bit of the ABC in that alternative view points and not tolerated and anything even the slightest bit un-PC or controversial is either ignored or shut down.

Currently for an opposing view the Dockerland site owner lets some nong called "Jezza" continually post his ludicrously positive Ross The Boss messages and then the remaining regulars pat themselves on the back for fighting the good fight against whatever it is that he represents for them.

Yeah I was a total addict in that period as well. The humor got me through some dark days, the match reports were gold. The sirengate report was a work of art. But it’s definitely gotten stale.

Is it still around ?.
I grew out of the moronic "toe the line or your posts will be deleted" mindset that prevailed on there.
Having said that, the shitfights on there were on another level to Bigfooty..

Yes quite time comsuming. The main reason why I won't put my hand up.

I believe we had a mod on here for many years who copped lots of complaints for not being around half the time to deal with problems.

I'm having a hard enough time trying to mod my own life let alone an online forum for sporting discourse
 
The main trouble with being a mod is that if you call someone a numpty ...because they're being numpties the screams of you can't call me that cos you're a mod was annoying.

I found it easier to mod the West Coast Board than this one to be honest, the WC fans expected me to be a disgrace so when I was just lazy ...they were generally impressed.

Isn't that right Quinz ?
