Not like the Fremantle based, international multi-platinum band Tame Impala recently became number 1 ticket holders and re-mixed the Freo song or anything
I picked them to be a bit of a bolter team this year. They haven't taken a scalp yet so I don't see them finishing top 8. Really need to beat a top 8 team soon so they can start believing. They have the list right now IMO.

Dark day - InnerSpeaker was a decent LP, albeit way too top heavy.

They were closer stoner rock in the early 10’s, their music is now boomer-core.
Currents was the start of their decline IMO.

Number 1 ticket holder is a wank concept anyway, who gives a s**t.
We are missing a lot of defenders which include: Hamling, S Hill, Cox, Hughes, Chapman, and Young. Yes, we can't play all of them but we are still missing 3 defenders of our best 22.
Taberner, Sturt and Frederick all unavailable. Yes, we can't play all of our forwards but still we are missing another two players.
Therefore, we are missing 5 players of our best 22 and plus our best depth defenders.
Aish and Tucker are robbed from the midfield because of long injury list.
There are some decent names there but really those are mostly roleplayers.
In any case youve been winning a lot with the current batch and now u add back nat fyfe, a top 5 player in the league when in form.
Cant really compare to our team who havent won a game against a decent team since 2020 and still missing a big portion of our top 10 players.
If we win Ill be surprised, it would really be a mental choke from Freo.

Hayden Young is just a name at this stage.
Tbh he is quite slow, and not particularly good at ground level. Nice left peg as a junior, but there’s far less margin for error kicking at AFL level and he’s not going to be able to routinely execute the kind of kicks he could playing TAC Cup.
Luke McDonald was also sold as a prodigious kick, and had a strong highlights package including a couple of 70 metre pinpoint kicks on the run.
Reads the play well enough, but I reckon his ceiling is Shannon Hurn or a mid-sized Jacob Weitering.

I was responding to a poster who said that the Blues were missing players.
Murphy is missing from your side but he is cooked.
Fisher is a role player.
Curnow has potential to be a star.
Williams is a very good player but not a structural player.
Docherty is a star is he gets over his injuries.
Mcgovern was overrated before his injuries.
While the Dockers has one key defender out and one key forward who was in the AA squad. Structurally importance.
The players out roughly even out for both teams.

Could finish the round in the top 8 after last night’s result. It won’t be easy to get the win tomorrow but a lot of these boys have never had more to play for.
