My observations:
Text above the number is thinner above the 8, so is more likely a Surname than a sponsor.
Red with Black (Navy?) cuffs, White numbers with Black (Navy?) outline.
It looks like a league logo on the bottom of each number as well.
No sponsor below the numbers.

I believe they are probably Rep team jumpers, not club jumpers.
However, if you recognise a club, please speak up.

Surname on 11 looks to be 5 letters, I read it as STEEL. Based on that, the surname on 8 would presumably be 3 letters but I don’t have any instinct on what it could say.

As for the cuffs, I think the trimmings are made of wool and the base is whatever a sublimated jumper is made of. I think there’s some discolouration on the collar and cuffs and given the motion blur is going up and down the jumper, it’s not really showing up on the collar that goes from side to side.

The number font on the 11 jumper will probably be the key to this. It's a fairly unique one, most jumpers have the 1s closer together.

Looks like either really faint vertical stripes on the jumper, or maybe a list of names as some kind of heritage/commemorative thing?
