Where do you get this shit from?Any financial adviser who doesn't have ulterior motives will recommend diversifying your investments.
A financial advisor will get nothing if his client or potential client invests in direct property. They will claim that direct property is a mistake because you aren't diversified. Uninformed at best and more likely plain dishonest.
They're hardly going to tell you the good stories are they?I have friends who are advisors, and heard MANY horror stories regarding property investing...
Not true. How bout:It's simple, diversify and don't be greedy.
If you invest in shares, diversify.
If you invest in property, don't worry about it.
