Not even funny as you could see it happening! And then we get to watch the AFL hand it over to Melbourne because 'Saints vs Demons' is cool for a religious weekend![]()

Eagleton comes closeStill blows my mind how Lobb has gone from pariah and delist/trade certainty to cult fan favourite in such a short time. Trying to think of the last player who followed this arc.
I think it was Montgomery and PowellProbably Nathan Eagleton in his first season with us because we traded Leon Cameron and Stephen Powell for him. Eventually become much loved kicking goals from outside 50.
It was Monty and pick 28.I think it was Montgomery and Powell
Are you guessing it was Bevo for Sanders and Lyon for Freijah or is there a way to see?Bont, Kennedy and Bont 2.0! got votes from both coaches. 1 of Kennedy or Freijah got 4 from 1 of them (it was Lyon to Freijah) and someone gave Sanders 4 (it was Bevo).

Bit different but Tom Boyd's 2016 final series turned any detractors around.Still blows my mind how Lobb has gone from pariah and delist/trade certainty to cult fan favourite in such a short time. Trying to think of the last player who followed this arc.
We do seem to get a lot of post'rs over the last few years.6 last night...
2x Naughton
1x Bontempelli
1x Hynes
1x McNeil
1x Richards
Bont has more records than a 70s DJ. Would not surprise me.We do seem to get a lot of post'rs over the last few years.
Bont must hold some sort of record for % of post hits
Bevo described his kicking style as ‘like shooting an arrow’.I’m no expert, but the way he drops the ball onto his foot looks all wrong. Like he’s serving it up on a platter instead of guiding it down to his boot.
I like the idea but the problem with English is he will drop any contested mark, even if he’s contesting it with a ‘Caleb Daniel’ type player.Wonder how the coaches see Smith's VFL form.
If they feel he's nearly ready could we see English fwd in the Darcy role & Smith in the ruck, albeit a more even split than you'd see with English & Darcy.
Do you suppose there is any way we could get the league to add a fifth post right in the middle? They could put it a meter behind the goal line so when we hit it we can be sure the ball has completely crossed. We do seem to get a lot of post'rs over the last few years.

We just need a really tall skinny pale dude to stand in the middle of our cheersquad.Do you suppose there is any way we could get the league to add a fifth post right in the middle? They could put it a meter behind the goal line so when we hit it we can be sure the ball has completely crossed.

Watching replay again. Again.
Bailey Dale and Bailey Williams. Professional footballers.
My son and I have a thing where we always notice Bailey Dale kicking it to Bailey Williams. It's been going on for so long now they've become 'veterans' at it, which feels wierd.Watching replay again. Again.
