And coming away with the 4 points against the Eagles and North (who were older than us at the time of playing them btw) is still better than losing to them like some have. It's only cos we've notched those wins that your expectation and thus bar has risen as such. Get reaaaaaaal mate.

Except you're apparently obtuse enough to think that Scott is blameless, or that the cattle are solely to blame for a 90 point belting, or a player getting 46 uncontested possessions isn't even remotely the fault of the coach/gameplan, so that'll probably fall on deaf ears.

i think it's strange the bumped threads are mostly forwards. we got belted around the ball and out worked through midfield/in transition. there's really nothing any of them could have done to change much.

Stopped watching at half time, but I'd be lying if I said alarm bells shouldn't be ringing internally. I know we're not a gun side but we do not play with any dare or run at all. Even Hawks a couple years ago were doing that. Bombing down the line to Kako and Merrett at FF is not going to work.

Also, forward structure/coaching is diabolical. Have we got Dan Jordan 2.0 at the helm?

But didn't you hear Brad Scott mention in the press conference that we played attacking football in the second half? Even though anyone with eyes knows that we are one of the most boring and conservative sides in footy.

I think our lack of foot skills, speed and fitness is alarming. I knew we were nowhere near the top sides in these areas, but I didn't realise the gap was as bad as it is.

I knew we are a very bad side, but the talent and intensity difference between us and the dogs was alarmingly wider than even I thought.

Yeah I know that raised my eyebrow. They should have done after the 1st qtr. he has done it before so he can do it (as a coach) He did it against the pies this year and we got back in front. In his first year he was way more flexible n regards to changing up the gameplan but this year he seems more rigid and less reluctant to do so.

And they’ve turned it around ibc they’ve got arguably the smartest mind in the game, who restructured their list & got them playing a ruthless & uncompromising brand.

We have a coach who doesn’t have us playing any identifiable way in the same timeframe as Mitchell, nor has us in a better position than Rutten did.

Yeah, our skills and fitness are shocking. There has been zero improvement in key areas of the playing group. Brad's into his 3rd year now, we should have developed some noticeable game plan by now at the very least. Bombing down the line won't cut it.

seen several of your posts praising the last 5 weeks we've had, how is it any different to previous years of beating wce/north/melb and even WB? for years now we've bearly beaten west coast/north and we're still struggling. there's literally been 0 improvement over the past 3 years
