I would love the deal to happen but i think Ottens may refuse to join the Doggies.
If he wanted to come he would be a welcome addition and would certainly fit in well with our side.
Terry Wallace should be doing the deal as soon as possible so he can get onto other trades.

I rather this deal then the bloody 14 and 16 one. I would want to add in patrick bowden aswell though for a player like chaffey.

So it would be Chaffey+Ottens for Gilbee+Bowden+Pick 6.

If they can, they wouldn't be trading pick 4 for him. They have got pick 3 in the PSD so they'll just sit back and wait. Exactly like we are with Simmonds.

2 things.
While highly unlikely we could do what we have threatened and take Ottens with pick1.
The Hawks would have space in their cap now that thompson has gone.

Dogs offered pick 6 and Gilbee not 3!!! they cannot trade 3 coz its a priority pick. But Miller still wants 2 first round draft picks, so he Doggies might have to add Bowden to the deal

Can somebody tell me why Ottens has to agree with the trade, didn't Woey, notwant to leave Melbourne and they just booted him off? I thought that was how it happened, but if im wrong let me know.

IIRC after Woewodin's salary was made public he wasn't too impressed with the Dees.

He didn't want to leave Melbourne but he signed the paperwork in the end. He could have decided he was going to stay.
