How many Thursday night games have we had! Feels like we play every second Thursday.

North will be fired up, their centenary celebrations. At our centenary celebrations, we raced out to a 22-0 lead over the Pies (pains me to remember this). So we'll need to be absolutely switched on and be ready from the opening bounce.

But on paper, we have them measured everywhere - just need to contain Larkey, Curtin and possibly Zurhaar.

Funny, Larkey and Zurhaar would be our leading goalkickers, both ahead of Naughton.

It drops away after those three. We get a lot more goals from our midfielders.

Very interesting that we play North in their Centenary game and it is also Libba 250th. You think that it’d be a bit of a what if game for them as if they had given Libba Senior more of a chance it might be Libba junior out there in their colours.

This years one is as shithouse as last years one. Last year we had some weird hoops on the bottom of guernsey. This year has a cartoon bulldog, which isn’t even this years great bulldog emblem on this years crest.
Simple inverse to the great traditional hooped jumper is all we need. Cartoons are so 1990’s, juvenile really. Maintain a strong simple identity. We have the great indigenous guernseys as an alternative.
