Well you cant change the result , maybe walk out of the comp.
Raising awareness is a good first step in stopping any possible unjust situation from reoccurring ... or you can just keep your head in the sand and make yourself feel better by pretending there is nothing that can be done about it.

Then why don't you change it. Keep whidging in BF not going to help . Is like you keep your head in the sand but just whidging.

I still cant believe the dogs won. After we beat them in rd 23 i thought they were just making up the numbers.

If someone said to me while pav was doing a lap of honour that the dogs will go on and win the premiership i would have told them their dreaming or used some other expletives.

You should of dropped a pineapple on them then at the TAB. A nice pay day for anyone who did.

First Gf I have watched as a neutral hoping one team to win only to be cheering against them after the first quarter.

I don't buy into the tinfoil hat rubbish, and I don't begrudge the Doggies their long awaited prize, but I must admit I felt the same - strange how our minds work. I was quite neutral going in, but something about the perceived lack of justice in the first half, I just found myself wanting a bit of fairness and that equated to Sydney winning.

Of course, I should have learned from our own 2013 GF that such justice simply doesn't happen.

The Dogs player running through the protected zone late in the PF was a big let off.
I dunno, the way that the umps were calling play-on that game, I buy their explanation on that one - he did actually step off.

Immense good vibes watching yesterday's game but have to admit it faded into intense jealousy and regret after watching 10 mins of their celebrations.

They were more outgunned, on paper at least, than we were in 2013 but they got the job done with incredible self-belief and really just pure hunger. Mad respect for the Dogs but I hope we don't have to wait too long before our players are making confetti angels on the G.

If you are not open minded enough to question how a team, a VIC based team, can end up with a positive 31 Free Kick differential through their 4 finals games, then you are also likely to use the word conspiracy to dismiss those who do.
Usually takes us four finals to get 31 frees.

Had the same feeling. When i saw Eagleton, Grant, rohan smith and co celebrating the win, i imagined that McManus, clive and spider & co would be down in the rooms for us. Gee Wizz we need a flag boys. Still happy for bullies, but man we're just as passionate and we can only hope our players have that same passion.

People hate it when you say that. But damned if it isn't true
You mean like the time Mikey B got chicken winged and done for HTB and a goal to Cyril.

The tackle that Cyril got rubbed out for.
Nah - totally not true <sarcasm face>

During this Western Bulldogs finals series, on 5 occassions they have had 5 or more Frees given to them in a row. During those times, the Bulldogs scoreline has benefited by a Nett total of +68 points (112 points for vs 44 points against). On no occassion has their opposition had a run of 5 or more Frees in a row. My point is, people under estimate the effect that Free Kicks have on the scoreboard and quite often the result of the game.

Feel you brother. I was happy for them, then I felt incredible jealousy. I got a bit upset, wondering if we could get there again, if purple will cover the MCG and it'll be me at the game boiling my eyes out with such passion. As soon as they lifted the cup, I turned the tv off and went to the gym a bit angry, if I were a player, the moment the final siren sounded would of been the moment pre season kicks off, that's just how I felt.

Was about the same, immense pride and happiness for Bulldogs to finally win it, then couldn't help but think back to 2013.. Bulldogs kicked the first 4 goals without a behind.. 4.0.24. Then to think our first four shots or scores of the GF was like 0.4 with 2 kicks out on the full! The game was an even contest on the day, cept we couldn't kick straight whatsoever.
We did in fact came back hard after that in 2014, but injuries at the worst times, with a BS Sydney side dominating with Buddy (I'm even more happier at the fact that they have played 2 GFs with Tippett/Buddy and choked badly) just wasn't to be.
