why the ******** do ppl think that being on the dole is such a bad thing? im on newstart and ppl are like oh they think that all you do is nothing and get free money. they think its that simple?????/ well you dont you have to look work basically 1 job every weekday and it cant just be the job you want it has to be a mixture and you have to write in a diary and send it to them. so why the ******** is this so frowned upon? if employers are too foolish to hire me thats not MY fault is it????? So morons dont think all we do is nothing. you HAVE to be looking for work.
 
Had to interview half a dozen last week,the way some of them turned up showed they had no interest in getting the job.

But they probably had little choice about coming to the interview,hard to be keen if it's not a position you want.

If you are ever stuck wondering why you can't get a job, look at the sentence structure of what you've just written and try to decipher it. I got lost trying to comprehend it, but quickly came to the conclusion you were just having a nice old sook.

If your cover letter has any kind of resemblence to this then I can understand how you can't get a job.
 
Quite frankly Baxter, if you are on the dole then we don't consider you a bludger unless you make little or no attempts to find any meaningful employment (i mean come one - unemployment is at a very low rate at this point in time).

We all pay tax, some more than others and we would rather see our taxes to have a tangible benefit such as better roads and infrastructure or costs for better child care rather than provide money for those people that have no inclination to get employment. That is the perception of why we don't like dole "Bludgers".

Of course, if you are on the dole and are trying to find work - then people won't have a problem with you and you get respect from me. Those that don't actively find work are just wasting our resources.

Prove them otherwise that you are of value and they will give you a job. (although cut down on the swearing and lose the "world owes me a living" attitude)

Awe diddums. I'd say it is your fault dude.

I was on the dole for a couple of months a few years back between uni and waiting for the right job to come along. I can't say i've ever had it easier, sweet times, money for nothing.

If your having a winge about how hard it is on the dole your in for a rude awakening when you do get employment buddy.
 
How dare the rules state that if you are on the dole you have to find work. How dare they do that to dem poor soddies on the dole.

I mean they have issues to deal with too you know...like you know..stuff...yeah stuff.

pfft i didnt think being popular on a bigfooty website was the basis of an interesting life in your world muz..And if i were you i would be the last person on Bigfooty making a comment about not being liked. I have been over to TLC a few times today and was laughing hard at the amount of hatred there is for you..yet being the lonely guy you are and tuff to boot, you need to go back for more with your boring cliched replies.

Yeah when i log off..its just a playground..amazing really when you look in from the outside. I could have pleaded for the mods to let me back in but i havent. It doesnt worry me...another distraction out of my life.

Dole bludging is just that. Bludging. There is enough work out their fro everyone. It may not be the ideal job but hey if u need to flip burgars for a while or mop floors for a while then i say do it, because the less money spent on dole payouts = more money for education.
