95% of that is pre 2021. Easy to forget how good his best was if not for the last few years of injuries
I feel that after he ripped his pectoral muscle he would never commit to tackles any more. Dunno if it was a sore point or what but was never the same player afterwards.

The stand rule really made slower players a bit obsolete too.

Congratulations on your career Dom. Thanks for an incredible memory. -
With Gov and Sheed gone, Yeo pretty much as well, we must have some very over paid players on the list.

Shame that injuries ruined the end of his career.

I thought Sheed would have been a good choice for captain when Shuey retired - or even back when Hurn retired - if he'd been able to get on the park and stay on the park. But was not to be.

Nothing makes you feel old like watching a kid your club drafted in your mid 20's play a full career and retire. I still remember him being at the AFL 360 desk in his draft year as the West Aussie representative.

My draft year would have been 2001 so I've seen Juddy come and go and then his replacement in the 3 come and go in that time. And also Juddy's predecessor come, go and 😭😭😭

The only reason I wasn't drafted in 2001 was because it was a super draft 👀

There were such high expectations on Sheed early on because we had drafted so few inside midfielders after 2008 (basically Koby Stevens and that was it)

I still remember being pissed off on draft night being pissed off that we went with the good old WA boy with leaderhsip material over an explosive mid like Nathan Freeman. Just goes to show how much I know.

Took me till 2015 to get around him. Had a very poor first year with injuries but that 2015 season as a second year mid plays Hff/third on baller and averaged 20 possessions and hit the scoreboard pretty frequently.

2018 his form wasn’t consistent but I thought Simmo was quite tough on him when he dropped him. Think he can did struggle playing HFF/outside role. Soon as he got more inaide minutes in 2018 he started dominating and we all know what happened after that
