http://www.crimestoppersvic.com.au/Fugitive murder suspect Jonathan Dick is believed to be using parks and reserves to travel discreetly and avoid capture.
Investigators suspect Mr Dick has access to a bicycle and could be using abandoned houses and buildings for shelter.
Sunday marks two years since the horrific murder of his brother, David, at a Doncaster shopping centre.
Police have been searching for Jonathan since but there have been no confirmed sightings, apart from an incident at Keilor last August in which he is suspected of bashing a former friend with a hammer.
Detective Inspector Tim Day of the homicide squad said Mr Dick’s movements apart from that incident remain a mystery.
“Investigators believe that Jonathan is avoiding detection by using parks and reserves as access routes and he may have access to a bicycle as a mode of transport,” Insp Day said.
“We are calling on people to be aware and on the lookout, especially in those parkland type areas.”
There have been 300 calls to police with possible sightings of Mr Dick in the past two years.
But the manhunt by members of the homicide squad and fugitive taskforce has been unable to track him down.
“If you do see him, then call triple-0 immediately and we would ask that, where safe to do so, people should not approach him but attempt to keep him in their line of sight,” Insp Day said.
Detectives believe Mr Dick has not been living on the street and probably has work.
“We want to know where he is staying, where he buys his food, how he’s earning money, how he’s getting around,” Insp Day said.
In October last year Victoria Police announced a $100,000 reward for information leading to his capture.
Investigators believe the two brothers may have had a falling out in a disagreement over property.
Images of Mr Dick’s leg tattoos have previously been released, with police hoping people may notice them if he wears shorts.
The first tattoo is of Wolverine v Sabretooth on his right thigh while the second depicts the Incredible Hulk and is believed to be on his left lower leg.
