There are even more than this and there have been more thoughout the season. We dont need a player with a history of injuries, operations or who has ****ed themselves during the year. Lets get a nice strong bodied young man who can come out and have a good crack their first pre-season. Noted you cannot predict these things but lets not start off behing the 8 ball.

So you wouldn't have drafted Judd then?

Teams already weight injuries pretty heavily against a player. Munston would have been top 3 if he didn't do his knee, instead he went second round I think. Judd would have been no.1 if he didn't have shoulder problems. Varcoe would have gone much earlier. If the risk reward ratio is right, I think injured players should be considered.

Stop using ****ing Judd as a rule to stuff, he is a BIG exception to every ****ing rule in the AFL. I nearly wrote in my post not to bring him up because it isnt a valid point.

Why bring up Vercoe? He has spent most of his time being injured this year. Munston, again what has this kid proven, jack ****ing squat.

I was showing how much an injury can effect where you are drafted when choosing Munston and Varcoe. Judd was an example of when it has paid off in spades. There are plenty of other examples of injured players I could use.

Your comment is stupid. You can't make a blanket statement like and not expect a response. What if Tom Hawkins breaks his leg and is out for 3 months. Should we not pick him up? Like I said if the risk reward ratio is right, Geelong would be stupid not to go for it.

dont bee readickulos!

Okay maybe for our third round pick (not this year) or fourth yes. But for pick 6-8 which is what we will have, why? Lets get a kid who can put in a full preseason and hit next year running rather than one that is having surgery and battling all year to be fit.

Well do it then. Dont just talk about it.
What if Tom Hawkins breaks his leg and is out for 3 months. Should we not pick him up?
No because we only need to give up a third rounder. But why would we do it with a first or second rounder?
