Is this a breach of the BF database then? It happened a few yrs back.

Edit: would be great if a mod can confirm?

A poster sent me a PM so I invited Chief into the discussion.
He gave us this reply; “Just a run of the mill spam effort. We got all the accounts.”

That commentator going on about how that should have been a free kick is baffling
rules were way different in those days, You only had to touch someone in the back and it was a free. I think when Harry Beitzel became the umpires adviser frees came down from over 100 a match to 50 and now they are way less too

Its often like watching a different game with replays in the 70s / 80s (probably 90s too). They juggled the ball 2 or 3 times it was paid a mark, slight nudge would be a free and not even sure how holding the ball was interpreted then. And forget deliberate.

Yes, Wayne Harmes deliberately knocked the ball from out of bounds into the goal square…

Here’s some early vision of Peter Daicos in various tweets.

There's some great highlights on that page! Daicos kicked 6 that day against the Saints, and 7 in the return fixture. Strangely, he didn't kick more than 3 in any of the other (15) games he played that year.
