From what I can gather the last hurdle is the AFL giving Port access to metto indigenous kids (currently just regional).

He played his first 7 seasons at Port Districts. Surely this ends up in our NGA zone if they give SA clubs access to metro areas.

somehow it does, no one knows how though.

Twomey didnt mention the crows hoping to acess cochrane, instead he explained how we hope to acess dougie in the draft, and accepted into our NGA.

He either is NGA to port or open draft pool.
