6. This then determines that Lake is a better option than Murphy
7. Post Article online and pat yourself on the back

In all seriousness, the top 20,000 or so ranked teams each year would probably take Dream Team seriously. It is more than likely that these people probably visit boards such as this to help further develop their skills. The discussion on these types of boards can get quite hardcore and would fly right over the top of the heads of the vast majority of the DT population. So really, the market isn't for the top 20,000 coaches, it is the rest of the 300k+ people who play DT. The ones who aren't going to sit there and analyse articles, but instead take everything a "professional" such as Dr DT says as gospel. It gets people reading and the traffic numbers ticking over at afl.com.

Still doesn't excuse Dr DT for writing such rubbish though.

Dr Dream Team should be articles simply pointing out tricks.

If he used the same concept but highlighted why players like Ottens are potentially underpriced due to their discount, then it would have been a smart concept.

To write a whole article based on rounding errors was just hideous. There are plenty of concepts talked about on these boards that even the casual DT player could grasp.

funny thing is though, dr dreamteam will outscore overall around 98% of you people.

Whilst I am not saying he will win the whole thing, its preseason and anyone can say he, she, they are crap at dt, but when round 1 begins, then the boys will get seperated from the men.

Warnie and his boys should go better than dr dreamteam but i'm affraid that's when it stops.
