1 st episode in.

OMG...truly shocking... horror is back!

They didn't hold back in this, full force shock and gore, truly bad ass for old school horror fans of the 70/80's

I feel it does drop a little after the first ep (which is brilliant), but it's still quite good.

3rd ep blew it. first 2 were really good. definitely worth a watch

Moffat has issues with not being able to keep consistent.

Episode 3 was awful.

The modern characters are terribly written, and riddled with cliches. The cinematography incredibly flat compared to the period design.

It started off promising. Would have been cool Van Helsing organisation v Dracula, but the introduction and focus of that romance plot is just mind baffling

That third episode encapsulated everything wrong with modern reboots. They take some cool characters and concepts, and then reduce it all to a mind numbingly boring love triangle plot between self-obsessed mopey millenials.
