Good work!! We are an easy target for Cornes. We are a struggling club who has a low supporter base compared to others. There is no way he could pull the same stunts with other clubs. SEN would lose a lot of money through advertising if he was potting Carlton or Collingwood

I think that’s what the media are assuming but I’d be surprised if we took him with 2 or 3 and it‘s not looking like we’ll get 5 from Gold Coast and if we get 10 from the Dogs (via Gold Coast) he’ll be gone by then.

I just feel he was a nice to have if he we’re free but now that he‘s in the open pool we rate others higher.

I rang channel 9 and complained about John Blackman once when he was on Hey Hey It's Saturday. I don't recall the detail now but the operator who took my message listened to what I had to say then responded by saying, "yes, he is a bit of a dickhead".

I felt better after that.

The only other complaint I called in was to the ABC about Tim Laine because he cut me off one day just because I bagged Carlton on the footy talkback. That was most unsatisfying as the operator had zero empathy for my situation.

Its disappointing that the footy media are following the style of US bullshit sports talk, like Skip Bayless, and that the Australian public aren't pushing back.
