Parents permission I believe, well a guy at my old school got them before he was 18 with something like that and if a club rejects him (I don't know who it is) because of the tattoos would be rediculous even if he was the next Buddy or Laycock.

For sure, i think because he has been listed at 189 cm he's been looked past a little.

Its ironic they picked Axel Foley to do the interviewing when he'd never even been to the draft camp as a youngster. He did a good job though.
