He's a gun, no question, but what do we need with another small small forward?Ben Ainsworth please. Don't be sucked in by the Powell and Seton bandwagoners, Ainsworth IMHO is clearly the best player at this point in time.
He's a gun, no question, but what do we need with another small small forward?
He's the same size as my man Gresh; can you imagine the outcry from the 'big mids brigade'?
I actually think we could - Gresh and Sincs are mids who can play forward, Lonie and Ainsworth are small forwards who can do short stints in the middle - I'm just not sure we should. The question is could we play all of gresh, lonie, sincs & Ainsworth in the same side?
I don't think we could.
Jackson Voss - U/18 in 2018Might as well ask here. Does anyone have a list of prospective father/sons in the next few years?
Connor Harvey must be only a year or so off drafting age and what ive heard is that he's been getting pretty decent at his footy over the last couple of years.

Pretty sure Frankie Peckett's eldest boy is 18 this year but unsure of his footy ability, and then he has another 4 boys younger than him (next one is only 14 this year)
Hey Robert was one of the better cricketer's as well until he chucked it in.Thought Connor took more after the Cricketers in his family than his da.

I'm thinking we won't be getting a top 5 pick, so definitely still go best talent available. He's a gun, no question, but what do we need with another small small forward?

Yeah, apparently he's an exciting propsect. From what I understand, we're all just waiting for Jackson to come in. Got his uncle's talent.
Jarrod Berry, Will Brodie, Jack Scrimshaw, Sam Powell-Pepper, Noah Hura, Jonty Scharenberg...I'm thinking we won't be getting a top 5 pick, so definitely still go best talent available.
Brodie?Let's hope Will grows 10cm this year.
Meant Ben sorry.Brodie?
What's wrong with 187cm?!
Don't rate him to do that deal yet, we are well covered with talls. Also, there's going to be a bloody high pick required for Jack Bowes.
How would people feel about swapping a first out for Peter Wright, possibly (pushing it) with a 2nd rounder coming back?
That way the Suns get a pick they need, and we get a super talented fwd/ruck and back into the 2nd Round.
Still makes no sense Brizer.Meant Ben sorry.
I had heard that as well, but also that the last couple of years has focused a lot more on football and is making large improvements.Thought Connor took more after the Cricketers in his family than his da.
Jarrod Berry, Will Brodie, Jack Scrimshaw, Sam Powell-Pepper, Noah Hura, Jonty Scharenberg...
That's where I'm at ATM. I think we'll be picking between picks 6 and 10.
