Rubbish. This isn't an "us v them" thing, Gray is just a better player.mundy at his best is criminally under-rated, purely from the fact he's in WA playing for freo. similar to pav when he was at his best

Rubbish. This isn't an "us v them" thing, Gray is just a better player.
Mundy is a big, strong ball magnet; he's a very good footballer, but Gray is a dynamic, dual-threat matchwinner.
Ideally you'd have them both, but if you're picking one only, it's Gray hands down.
Ok, let's say he's under-rated. You still think he's a better player than Gray? The guy dragged Port over the line against us in Round 1 single handedly. He's pretty much everything we hope Billings will be. I would put Robbie Gray in the top 5 players in the comp right now.
Then there's no saving you...i disagree completely. mundy everyday of the week for me

Surely if its now its Gray? And even at their best surely Gray's best is better than Mundy's best even though its closer than some think.
right now gray is better than mundy. mundys looking tired and old, but i'd take mundy at his best IMO some of his performances were unbelievable, he's freo's most important player and has been for sometime IMO

Wil Brodie, Jonty Scharenberg, Sam Petrevski-Seton or GTFOWell now that we've had a great discussion about these 'relics', may we please get back to the fellas we're looking at for the draft this year
After reading through it seems like Will Setterfield will be an interesting one.
He's a GWS academy boy and would be unlikely to come our way unless we pick up something like a 2nd rounder
I just love the fact he's a bit prem at the moment and needs a few years development before he really gets any attention (love an underrated pick).
It would be nice to have P-S and then this fella to provide a bit of height and size in the middle for the future.

Firstly, I'd trade our 2017 1st rounder + something extra for Lachie Whitfield & a 2016 3rd rounder - gives us a pacy & elite disposal outside mid with 4yrs developmentOh for sure man but if you went this bloke and P-S then you're ticking all the midfield boxes.

Wouldn't matter what picks we had; he'll be off to GWS.Well now that we've had a great discussion about these 'relics', may we please get back to the fellas we're looking at for the draft this year

geeze powell pepper had a quiet one. a lazy 25 disposals 5 goal game
petrosvki setton 28 disposals
Liking the even spread at the top of this draft. Brodie, SPS, SPP, Berry, Scharenberg I've heard a few more but haven't seen much of their play. This draft sounds a bit like the 2013 draft with Kelly, Billings, Bont, KK, Scharenberg all being thrown around as possible for any pick after No.1 and Tom Boyd (lol). I'm hoping we can maintain a top 8 pick
