Why exactly would we be less likely to pick up Cripps if we took Gaff? Incidentally, I'd see that as one of the downsides rather than an advantage.
Hoping for:
4 - Gaff (not so much hope, but we're going to get him).
26 - Cripps
29 - Chalwell

Hopefully Darling doesn't slip to Fremantle, I doubt he will. I don't know if Ugle is really worth the risk at 26 or 29.
I'll cry then too
I couldn't be a freo or richmond supporter. Over the years they have made such shocking decisions. WC usually picks the right player so whoever they pick i'll take as the best available.
hopefully we rookie him if he`s available

Considering Josh Green will probably be available at 26 i can't see us picking up Ugle. He's a rookie selection.
Correct. On a different note he would fit right in to our team with the likes of Chris Masten and Will Schofield.
Guess again. He has a hot girlfriend?
I realise Cripps isn't a genuine forward, but he just provides so much dash and skill through the middle, seems exactly what we need. Tbh I'm going on Pav's views more than anything.....A small midfielder and a small defender/ midfielder in the same draft? Yeah sure.
Could draft a real forward and a tall in the second round. I wan't Newton unless someone like Prestia slides, if not then ill have Newton at 26/29.
I don't mind Cripps but we have needs.
Gaff, Newton and Challwell would be a great mix. Newtons a genuine forward unlike Cripps, has a lethal left over short to medium range kicks, allot like Gaff and he's someone you want going inside 50. Gets bigger numbers than Cripps, is stronger overhead than Cripps and a better midfielder than Cripps.
Look at his colts numbers.
Why Schofield, chippa ol' pal?Guess again.
Spend more time clubbing and less time punch keys in GD and you get your answer. Why Schofield, chippa ol' pal?
Oh, so Schoey acts like a bit a douche when out clubbing..Spend more time clubbing and less time punch keys in GD and you get your answer.

Stop the ****ing presses and sack him right now, we're never going back up the ladder with w***ers like that on the list![]()
Just did my BF Draft comp entry and there are still going to be quite a few good players available at our PP, the most interesting one I have missing is Horlin-Smith, really like the upside of this kid given he hasn't taken footy seriously yet, looks to have champion qualities written all over him, can kick well on both sides and can be played all over the ground.
I see him as a cross between James Hird and Nathan Buckley, which is a pretty big call I know, but would represent a medium risk, high return selection at our PP IMO.
Collingwood are very interested and are hoping he slips to Pick 44. Though I think 26/29 well be on needs basis, small forward, tall forward
Im still really hoping for the twin towers of watson and mitchell at 26 and 29.
Watson can not slide, he is arguably the best key back in the draft with McCarthy, cannot get past Carlton and Hawthorn.
