I'd call that a football issue mateWhat about ones that don’t want to run both ways, and are barely plus-athletes if not outright a poor one?

No, I hardly would not. But wouldn't you agree there's a middle ground between "not-outstanding" and "a non-entity"?He’s a HBF but you still need to defend these days even more so with the 6-6-6 thing. You’d hardly say his defensive game is outstanding. An elite kick yes but it’s only half the game.
You surely just have a different opinion to me, that's fine.Melb need mids more than talls would surely be wanting two mid varieties at their selection.
Their requisite need for all these is weighted according to who is available, yes.Their need for a small forward probably depends on Pickett’s split.

What non-football reasons?
The idea that clubs are calling out Jack Ison and Sam Sweid before him is actually a bit silly. Will be gone on Wednesday night. Not many 190cm+ mids running around who can win heaps of contested ball, hit targets and spend their spare time taking contested marks inside 50.
Richmond stuffed up his mock last year when they took Hotton and Faull instead of Allan and Jobe.
100% he's not confident on their second pick this year, personally I'm happy either way.

Yeah his top ten late mail. His top 10 is usually on the mark though. If you don't believe me look it up.

Uwland's brother isnt't as top 5 player in the league so probably best not to draft him at #1Shouldn't they bid on Uwland at 1. In no circumstance would they bid on their 3rd fave at 1.
I wouldn't. We're tied to Will Darcy (KPD) and took Zac Walker (KPD) at the MSD last year.I’d be pretty surprised if North and Dogs both bypassed Thredgold for Pickett and Lindsay.
That's why the Giants overlooked Sheezel and Wardlaw a few years back, their brothers weren't even good enough to play AFL.Just can't trust Duursma not to turn out like his brothers
If I had pick 1 I would be using it on Robey who looks to be a game changer
Grlj to Richmond links have died down significantly, so it would be a bit of a surprise.Tigers are definitely taking Xavier Taylor. Think the other is between Cumming and Grilj. Not Robey.
Bit surprised Dees aren't considering a trade back on pick 8* given they will take Nairn. Do they think Essendon would select him at 9*?

Yep I think we would go Dovaston ahead of him, leaving him to you guys.Hopefully as he would be perfect at Hawks. Would he get past Essendon at 9*?
Seems you want that pick for a small forward in Dovaston or Pickett?
how do you feel about creating the rumour of the year?Btw, I head that Richmond is targeting Jacob Farrow with either pick 3 or 4. Make of that what you will.

Why do you say Tiges are definitely taking XT? Not that I'm against it but the vibe is Robey and Cumming.

AFL Draft 2025: 54 picks, bidding drama in ESPN's final, full Phantom Draft
The AFL Draft is almost upon us, and here is ESPN's full, final Phantom Draft. Who goes where? How many trades get done, and where to the bids fall?www.espn.com.au
You just had so much success with Vlaustin. It's version 2.0. Fits your list build perfectly and he's as competitive as it gets.
I actually don't think you're that into Robey. You don't tend to buy into the hype too much, and he's not a great fit with Lalor and Smillie. Cumming makes sense.
Think Grlj will be available at our pick if you pass. I'd be willing to trade that pick for your F1 but you'd have to really rate him to do that.
Who was that Avery bloke he had top 10?At least KM was original with his bad takes when he wrote for ESPN.
