There are a couple of players that i like in the TAC that haven't been named in the championships squad, but I want to see a bit more of them before I call them a draft smokey.

Robert Gough
17 yr old (7/89) 197cm 100kg ruckman from Subiaco.
large non muscular doughy physique, runs the 20m sprint in sub 5 seconds, playing style somewhat simliar to Jason Laycock.
Game is not based around possessions alone , he mostly targets the centre hit-out and stations himself in the centre square waiting for the next one. Definately lifts a gear when half-time lollies are in sight. Generally has no trouble running out a quarter but may need to rest a couple of quarters as the game wears on.
Could be a work in progress for any AFL side as has work to do with the doughy body and im predicting Gough to be snapped up in the draft from anywhere between picks 30 and 50.

Thats a good effort. does he walk or run the 20 in 5 seconds. I heard Mick Nolan used to run it in 4.9Robert Gough

what about Nick Suban and MItch BAnner, both have been in red hot form this year. both have to be a chance?
Is Lachlan George and any chance after missing out last year?
I have already got a list of the 80 who I think will go (clearly it will change a lot) but I do have him in. I think he was very unlucky not to go last year along with Dean Kelly and I suspect the both may get picked up this year assuming there are 70 players taken. At the least I would think they may get rookied.
Where are these guys (George and Kelly) playing this season and can you advise of their form?
Both were stiff to miss last year.
what about Michael Rockefeller from Werribee? was with the Geelong Falcons last year and was unlucky to not get drafted or rookied and his been in good form for werribee 1's so far

yeh me too! racks up lots of the ball, came 3rd in falcons b&f last year from about 9 games with them. out of all the falcons that have been drafted last year he is probably doing better than most of them this year.Yes he has - he has been the most impressive of the 3 and was outstanding last year. Was one of the top TAC possession getters. Would be very surprised if he does not get a rookie spot this year.
