Draft - Televised?

Does anyone know whether the draft is going to be televised on either 9, 10 or Fox.

I heard after last years draft it would definatly be on free to air this year. Your probably right though. Stupid TV rights.

Watching the draft is great.... I hope its on FTA...but fi its on Fox Footy, im not fussed.

I just hope we somehow dont have our first pick at #70 this yr

Channel 10 last week confirmed they will be showing the Carlton revival Draft live this year on November 24 so it will be interesting who Carlton will chose as the No 1 pick - Wells or Goddard.

It is a must see.

I enjoy the draft, but only when it's Geelong's shot. Sometimes when you have to wait for a heap of selections to be done by other clubs it gets boaring.

Not really, honestly, what is the difference between watching and listening to names being called out, or reading them off a webpage 10 minutes after it's done.

Hey, I love watching the draft! It's totally different to reading the names on a computer screen.

The emotional drama, the looks on the faces of the kids who miss out, or who are chosen by a club on the other side of the country!

Plus, it's interesting watching the clubs - some of them choose a player straight away; some sit and ruminate for the full allotted time.

Better than Days of our Lives any day!

Channel Ten have the rights, Fox Footy just have replay rights....which may be live in some regions if Channel Ten decide not to show the draft there.
