i was very lucky that week. was down 2-7 earlier in the week - managed to pull it back pretty nicely! i could have easily lost 9-0 if wade had played just a little better

El Sobrante Rednecks is the only unbeaten team right now, Code Redd the only team not to pull a win - hopefully another loss is on the way for that team this week...
and WOW, Top Gun is 7th.

I'm not in your league but i'm in the 'If I Could Be Like Pero Mega Keeper League' as a first time fantasy NBAer and really enjoying it. Just want to express an interest in replacing someone in your league if you have anyone who is inactive and has already lost interest. In our league unfortunately 2 have and as you'd know it's very very annoying !...

How do I get Wright into my actual team?

Don't worry about that.

Wright is on waivers... which means that he can be claimed by anyone except the dropper (which was me) if a waiver is put on him.

If you want to know more about waivers, just read it up on Yahoo! help or something. But basically, he's on waivers for 3 days (until the 19th) and at the end, the manager with the highest priority will get him, if a priority is in fact put for him.

Thus, in this case, it looks like you've put a waiver on him so at the end of the 3 days, you can get him if no one with a higher waiver has claim to him. Then, you get moved to last waiver position.

I suggest you read up on waivers before going through with it though.

Furthermore, if a player clears waivers, then they can be simply added as a free agent.

Just informing you guys i'm now taking over the Top Guns and renaming them The Kidd's Crew. I'm reasonably impressed with the team i have inherited so let the fun and games begin!

Billy The Kid has replaced BucksBoy in our league due to the fact that the latter has not accessed his team sine Oct 2nd. However, amazingly, they are 6th.

Adding to that, only the 2nd trade has been accepted!!

If this is the case unfortunately i guess i'll have to step aside but i find it quite amazing that over the course of the season you have not once had reason to change your team. Snipes has been adding and dropping free agents for you to keep the team competitive as evidenced on the 16th of December and November 22.

In another league 'Big Footy NBA Basketball' your a non active participant or atleast don't respond to proposed trades as i've tried to trade with you but no reply on your behalf, this is particularly frustrating and i'm sure everyone agrees! In that league your last activity was the 26th of October and you've had players injured during the season, Larry Hughes, but obviously he has remained in your starting line up even though you have reasonable players on your bench to replace him.

Anyway as i said i will step aside but Bucksboy i find it very hard to believe that your paying any real attention to your team!

P.s. That win against a top 3 team was last week and it was 6 - 3. I understand it was atleast 6 days back now so those details may be easily forgotten...

BucksBoy, Yahoo! says when access and your last league activity. And it was Oct 2.

You have not made one add/drop for the whole season. Furthermore, you did not once change your daily line-up - it has been the same for the whole season apart from the few times I changed for injury. You were 2 players short (because you didn't participate at the end of the draft) until I did the adds, and I even emailed you a few times asking you to do that and to update the team.

The fact you have done really well so far is because of extremely good late-round drafting, but you have not controlled your team since the draft.

Yeah, I'll take it that he's a rookie from that. Thinking about it, don't know why I introduced that rule. Those with the top few rooks will be way ahead next year. Makes it interesting though.

The advantage only lasts a year though. Even by drafting a Durant type guy, after next year you'd have to use one of your three (G,F,C) spots to keep him. I'd doubt after next season he'd be worth keeping like that. Definite advantage for next year though.

Injuries screwed me this week. Deng, Shaq, Wilcox and Dorell Wright all haven't played for a while. Team ain't any good regardless.

It's still close but i think i can hold on to win 6 - 3 although i give you a very good chance to overhaul me in assists! Im glad Iverson, Pierce and Butler are not playing tomorrow!...

Finally managed a win! 8-1 too.

It was nice to actually get on the good end of a couple of close calls - that's been killing me all season. I'm 7 out of 6th place now with half the season to go, so if Brand and Arenas can come back early March, I reckon I might be a show to make the playoffs.
