There's a rumour Conca has been flown up to the Gold Coast late, so is certainly in contention. With pick 6 there isn't much reason for ducks and drakes.

Apparently he closed out the season really well in the WAFL, but it does seem like a reach from my limited viewpoint. Obviously has big ticks in the leadership & character stakes, but he just seems a bit vanilla and one-paced for me.

Does anyone have any of Conca athletic results like beep test, agility and 20m sprint? I know he didn't test at the combine but he must have some previous results cos I'm sure I read somewhere he had 2.92 20m sprint at the start of the season but can't find that anywhere.

I reckon he looks quick. Not express but nippy. I wouldn't be surprised if he is low 2.9's over 20 and has good agility and repeat sprints. He seems to bounce off the deck quicker than most and has a very quick turning circle.

There is still not much love for Gus or Browne, and Vicks is going to be a (very good) Ruck/Forward. So I would love to see the Tiges take a punt on Ruckman Josh Jenkins. He sounds like the explosive big man we crave. If he gets to 79 or 94 I would love to hear his name read out.

Ruckman Josh Jenkins put on an equally eye-catching performance at the Victorian state combine, albeit with much less fanfare (comparing him with Day)

Jenkins, who measures in at 199cm and 103kg, easily outsizes Day but that didn't prevent him recording a faster time (2.91sec) in the 20m sprint.Jenkins matched Day's beep-test effort of 13.2 and leapt 93cm off the ground in the standing vertical test.

One recruiter watching from the sidelines at the Victorian state combine described Jenkins' performance as one of the most impressive in recent memory."Josh just looked super impressive. He's such a big, powerful and imposing bloke," the recruiter said.

We do need another athletic type ruckman on our list. They have become more valuable with the latest rule changes to intercharge while the other sort (slow, big tap ruckman) have descreased in value. Vickery is the only one we have. Graham and Browne both have the turning circles of the Titanic.

Having said that, I would be adding a 4th ruckman to the list through the Rookie Draft. Focus on mids, KPP's, etc with our 5 picks in the ND. I guess it depends what ruckman are still available at certain picks (probably 47/51/63) and how they rate them.

Giles is the man, get him with pick50+ if hes still around..... Has matured bigtime since his days with Port, 23 y/o, mature body and has game, would be an upgrade on every ruck we have

I have seen Hallahan floated as a possibility for our pick 30 and from the little I know would be a great get.

My opinion is that we should target the 2 best mids available with our first picks and then go big after that, although if Jeremy Howe is available at pick 50 i would be all over him.

Thoughts???

What about that Shannon Leatch kid? Are we still interested in him?

Tell ya what if Luke Parker is still available at #30 and we take him, i might just jizz my pants! Big fan and can play anywhere on the ground! so smooth across the ground and excellent hands and decision making by foot!

Well after a few more 2 minutes clips ive jumped off the caddy wagon. Nothing wrong with him but i think there is a lot more talent out there, so in no order.

Seb Tape - Just a great runner, a real 70 metre player
Daniel Farmer - Best of the forwards
Brad Harvey - A brilliant skilled runner
Cameron Guthie - The smartest of the lot
Ben Jacobs - Has something uncanny
Darling - Only if he pulls his finger out

Rate these the best, but what can you get from clips.
