How does everyone else refer to their scores? I always include the captain if he's played, so my total score will always be like 2000/23 as opposed to having 22 written. I've just always thought it gave a better indication.

Yeah I always do out of 23.
Can't tell if the captain is counted or not otherwise, and even if saying the captain has played, can't tell if they've been counted as 1 or 2 players.
