it might seem risky and it will never happen but i say drop him for a game and see if he gets the belly fire back.He seems to be stuck in 2nd gear and always hand passing instead of making the play himself which he used to do. I just hope Mcleods best years are not over but they appear to be.:(

Excuse the intrusion, but here's an observation from an outsider. He doesn't appear to be enjoying his footy as much under Ayres. I'd put him in the middle where he is devastating. Keep him there apart from a spell in the forward line during your rotations and let him do what he does best. He's a gun player and one I have a lot of time for.
