I'm actually looking forward to the game more now. It's a massive opportunity for Dunn, Haddrill and Browne, the latter two could earn themselves a new deal with a big performance.

1) Actually Ibbo has been in good form for the sharks.
2) I think Belly mind on playing next year was probably made before this incident occurred.. so it will make no difference

completely agree magnum, there is no way that the eagles supporters can complain, just because we had to be disciplined with our players should not be the reason you dont get second spot. you earnt your position and that will now be third because we will cop a belting of epic proportions. you should have beaten essendon, you should have beaten brisbane, you should have beaten us and you should have beaten the saints, you are in the position you deserve.

The Essendon game really bugs me, we had control of that game and relaxed, the Brissy,Saints and Freo game IMO we never really looked like we were going to win, but the Essendon one will always be the one that got away, plus it was also when Juddy injured himself

Well done to Freo on not giving a f*** what other people might think.

On the one hand, suspending 6 players for disciplinary reasons is an easy 'out' for a club that doesn't want to win (for whatever reasons), but on the other, not suspending those players is an easy 'out' for a club that doesn't want to win and also doesn't want to be accused of tanking, trying to screw a rival etc.
