Pess are you saying an Essendon player made contact with a Kangaroo player when the ball was out of legal distance... obviously a free was paid and the goal dis-allowed...

Reality check Rooboo.....you were in front by 69 points!!!

The question marks should be hanging over your own teams head. Stop looking for instances that may have cost you in a game in which you had a seemingly unassailable lead

Better watch the tape - I think it was a kangaroos goal. Perhaps they should have had a second shot to make up for it.

Anyway I only think I saw that - better watch the replay to be sure

Lloyd and Archer were "bodying" in the goal square which resulted in Archer making contact with the post. Lloyd did not "use Archers body" to shake the post nor was it illegal contact. Nice try fellas, keep 'em coming

Yeah .... just coincidence... who'd suggest the Bombers are very good at stretching the rules. Hopefully the Hawks will be as good one day soon.

Yeah, it couldn't be that they are actually just a damn good side. There has to be some catch, some rule that's being broken, some conspiracy theory. Keep it coming Pess, keep it coming.

P.S Rooboy, read the article in the Hun today on the goal umpire from sunday's game? Guess he's on the payroll too....damn....I'll have to buy two memberships next year at this rate....

OK they're a 'damn good side'. One reason is they are very good at 'stretching' (not breaking - heaven forbid) the rules. Surely you're not suggesting otherwise, or that essendon players all try the same 'tactics' without discussing it formally ?

The coach has a 'history' of this.

I realise it's one of the things a side needs to do to win a premiership. Thats why I suggested Hawthorn needs to get much better at it. Surely it's not a crime to aspire to be better than the bombers.

You've never heard of the tale of the Troll and the Three Billy Goats Gruff? Man you're missing out ;)

could not find the article probably had a different edition...

Ok. It was an article on one of goal umps from Sunday. Apparently he siganlled more goal than anyone else. He talked about a few things, amongst them the two controverial decisions you and your mob were crying foul over. He said that Lloyd's kick in the 2nd qtr was definitely a goal and that McKernan's kick in the last was touched. As I said, he mus be on the payroll ;)

I'm suggesting that they "stretch the rules" no more than any other side and that to suggest that their success is because they do is nothing more than conspiracy theorist bull****.

Now I never said that did I?
