I'm really interested to see what happens here.
I'm still of the opinion that we gave him a gentle nudge out the door, crossed our fingers and wondered what piggy would fetch at the market so to speak.
The new offer will be very interesting.
Any word from Richmond will be too.

I would like to think the club will sit down with Dusty and have a chat about Carr. This guy is just gunna pop his head up again and again and ruin the Tigers players reputation over and over.

I know Dusty is a good kid but geez. He really needs to start thinking a bit smarter.

Get rid of Carr, give us fans a chat (a small 2 minute video, anything!) explaining to us what has happened. If he really wants to stay at the Tigers it definitely has no come across that way. I need some insight as to wtf just happened. If he does these things then I am over it and can't wait to see him next year in our colours. If he doesn't I will probably go into season 2014 still with a massive cloud over my head as to whether or not he actually wants to be at Richmond, which is never a good thing.

I don't want Richmond to be the second choice for any of our players. I don't want any of our players thinking they are worth more than the team. Our players need to work as one.

The thing about this whole situation is that 10 years ago this shit would all happen behind closed doors. Said Player would be pissed at said club for one reason, will go tour other clubs then will realise the grass really isnt greener on the other side. He will stay sign and all will be sweat. And all that would happen with the littlest fuss and noone would know any better. We live in a different era now folks and i suggest incidents like this will become more and more regular :(

I think he will change your mind ;)
Don't get me wrong, if he drops one from 60 out to sink Collingwood in a grand final, i'll celebrate as hard as ever. In fact, i'll celebrate Dustin style (if you get me)
But never will I see him in the same light as players like Newy, Cotch, Lids and Foley.
These players would bleed for the jumper.

What an absolute tool this Carr !diot must be!!!
Very unprofessional mishandling of Dustin during the whole affair.
If I was him, I would resign on my own accord then admit to the football public how pathetic I was as a player manager!!!

This whole saga has taken one massive turn. Unbloodybelievable!!!

He's a naive kid, probably a bit slow and also a bit of a loose cannon, obviously being talked up and mishandled by his grease bag manager, but jeez, has he copped it from a lot of supporters. We have 1 untouchable only (Cotch), with possibly 2 more in the wings for mine (Ellis and Vlas will both be very, very important for us in the future).

If he does stay, which is looking more and more likely, how many of those that told him to f*** off, get out and called him a greedy prick will welcome him back with open arms?

Footy can be an emotional sport, but it also brings out the morons.

This whole fiasco could be a blessing in disguise for RFC. Pay dusty what his actually worth. Have room in the cap to make a major play at Adams or anyone else for that matter. And add to our growing list rather than compensate for any loss.
