No even hint at an outcome? He didn't even actually commit to a date, he merely hinted at what he would "dare say"

The Roos are after not only a midfield gun but someone who can be a major marketing weapon. All Carr would say about the trip was: "I was just having a look around – watching a good game of footy."

It makes no sense for him to make a decision prior to the completion of RFC's finals campaign otherwise it's just a blatant intent to milk every last dollar out of Richmond.
