Firestarter was used more than enough today.

*Waiter smiles weakly*

W: "Your bread, sir."

*Fly lands on bread roll; Dwayne brushes it away*

DR: "Russell, gives it some SHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

*Looks at waiter for approval*

DR: "Where's the chef?!?!?!? SHELLING PEAS?!?!?!??!"

*Waiter avoids eye contact; returns with entree*

*Dwayne pierces chicken nugget with fork; holds aloft*

DR: "That's a SPEAR!!!!!!"

*Intentionally misses mouth with fork*

DR: "He's missed!!!! HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!

*Grabbed by security; ducks head and throws arms out*

DR: "HE PLAYED FOR THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

*Breaks free and simulates hanger on dessert cart*

DR: "Bring out the hundreds and thousands, IT'S PARTY TIME!!!!!!!!!"
 
hows his form correcting healy about rodans 6 goals for norwood yesterday. "no that was in the norwood reserves team, gerrard, not the league".

after a 5min tirade on the system being shit for afl listed players playing 2s, "oh actually he did play in the league team yesterday, i read he played 2s on the port website"

I'm beginning to suspect Sharks on a Plane is actually one D.Russell.

I was so disappointed to hear BT doing the Fremantle game. I mean I hate him too, but I would have preferred anything to Russel. And after hearing BT have his usual wank over Fremantle session, regardless of the 89 point loss, I was already going into the game edgy.

I almost hung on, almost. I really put in a good effort I thought. He just kept coming and coming and coming, and I so nearly got through the game. Until late in the last quarter.....

After Matt Priddis scrapped through a dodgy behind, ole Dwaynespeare declared that it was, in fact, 'party time'. And that was it. I put up with the shorting and the spearing and the firestarters. I somehow managed to survive the completely pointless, and often factually incorrect anecdotes, and ignored that every player was playing for the free kick. But with 5 minutes to go, I lost my shit.

And even after I'd abused the television, and then muted it as well, I could still hear this voice... Dad said he was cold, and I told him it's not the right weather to short it. He then asked if I could get him a drink, and I responded "YOU BET I CAN!!"

It was at that moment that I realised. Somehow, at sometime, Dwayne Russel has entered my brain. I don't know if this is an isolated incident or some form of mass, brain-control plot, but either way, I'm more than concerned.

Am I checking myself in tomorrow? You bet I am.

Maybe a petition is in order. Dwayne is now affecting the mental health of viewers. This needs to stop....and this thread could be the firestarter!!!

Has anyone mentioned his "Yeah BABY!" comment?

Was a few weeks ago, made me cringe.. was just after someone scored a pretty good goal as well.

I have also noticed that after the commentators crossing over to Dwayne give him a ridiculously good plug about how good he is, he seems to nod in agreement.. not the slightest bit of modesty.

Dwayno must have been quite pleased with himself for coming up with that line because he decided to roll it out again in the last quarter when Port got a couple of goals.

Betting that he will be adding it to his list of favourite catch phrases from now on.
